TIPS FOR HOW TO PASS THE POLICE TESTS

When preparing for the numerical and verbal reasoning tests the most effective way to increase your scores is to simply practise plenty of sample questions. Within this guide I have provided you with a number of sample test questions. In addition to these you may also decide to purchase additional testing resources. If you do decide to pursue this option then I recommend the following:

1. Numerical reasoning and verbal reasoning testing booklets from the website how2become.co.uk.

2. Consider practising online tests through the website www.job-test.co.uk.

I have now provided you with a number of practice sample questions that you may encounter during your tests. It is unlikely that you will be asked these exact questions during your assessment but please do use them as part of your preparation as they will be very similar to the actual tests.

Work as quickly as possible through each question and see how well you score.

During the verbal reasoning tests that follow, use a pen and paper and answer each question as TRUE, FALSE or IMPOSSIBLE TO SAY.

REMEMBER TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS BASED SOLELY ON THE INFORMATION GIVEN AND NOT ON YOUR OWN OPINIONS OR VIEWS.
